2009 Parents Night Out Children's Fun Camp



"Secretly, Parent's Night Out"
Who: Students, Family & Friends ages 6 - 12 (other ages my special permission)
When: December 19 - 20, 2009
Sat. 6:00pm to Midnight or
Sat. 6:00pm to Sunday 10:00am
Where: H.K. Lee Academy of TaeKwonDo

Camp Fee: $79 (add'l family members $69>00)
$50 (until 12:00am) & $40 (add'l Family)
Camp fee includes one snack (pizza and drinks) and personal instruction and constant supervision by Masters (male and female chaperones).

Please bring your own game boys, sleeping bag and toiletries.

6:00 - 6:30 pm Drop-off
6:30 - 7:00 pm Orientation
7:00 - 7:30 pm Fun & Orientation
7:30 - 8:00 pm Warm-up & Stretch for Flexibility
8:00 - 8:30 pm Conditioning and Speed Drill
8:30 - 9:00 pm Kicks and Punches
9:00 - 9:45 pm Fun and Games
9:45 - 10:30 pm Pizza Party
10:30 - 12:00 am Movies
12:00 - 8:30 am Dream for Peace
8:30 - 9:30 am Wake-up & Walk for Morning Exercise
9:30 - 10:00 am Clean-up and Packing
10:00 am Pick-up by parents


* STUDENTS MUST BRING LUNCH EVERY DAY

* No late charge before 6:30 p.m.,
(But after 6:30 p.m. there will be a late charge for $5 / person / Every 15 minute)
